Jacq Driscoll

Jacq is a vivacious artist, producer, educator, and adventurer. With a background in sustainability, education and conservation the last decade has seen her working and travelling to wild and wonderful places. From working in Koala Sanctuaries to touring Australia in a Land Cruiser that ran off waste vegetable oil to rehabilitation Monkeys in the Amazon. In 2019 she switched focus from the environment to humans, studying the benefits of the creative arts on our mental health. It was around this time she rediscovered her love of dance through community art organisation and not-for-profit Bring A Plate Inclusive Dance Company (BAP). As co-director she is immersed in a world of movement, expression and most importantly community. Jacqs role at BAP is diverse, from producer, to administration, fundraising, community engagement and (her favourite) performer. When she isn't getting people moving or writing songs for her musical project Jacq Heart, she can be found immersed in nature. Jacq is passionate about using her skills in communication, business development, and community engagement to spread awareness about the importance of the natural world and the creative arts on social, physical and mental wellbeing.
